The Challenge
WellBeingo® came to us with an innovative product, the first-of-its-kind fast-acting mood-boosting liquid gel, but zero foundation. As a brand-new supplement company, they were launching into an oversaturated market with no brand recognition, no customer data, and no prior advertising experience.
Worse yet, they were bleeding money: a customer acquisition cost (CAC) of $54 against a $49.99 product price. Every sale meant a loss, and with limited initial capital, there was no room for prolonged inefficiency. We needed to build everything from scratch, and fast, while proving product-market fit.
